Study days #3: Design, architecture and pluriversity (ENSCI les Ateliers – École Camondo)

The ENSCI les Ateliers and the Camondo School invite you to two one-day events, on April 24, 2024 at the ENSCI les Ateliers and on April 25, 2024 at the Camondo School, from 9am to 6pm. These days will provide an opportunity for professionals, students and researchers to meet and discuss the theme of “design, architecture and pluriversity”.

Admission free.

9am: Presentation of the study days and the ENSCI/Camondo research partnership Caroline Naphegy and Armand Béhar

9:30 – 10:30 / Fanny Lederlin: “Designing a more harmonious relationship with the natural world: the DIY approach”.

10:30 – 11:30 / Patricia Ribault (Humboldt University): “The delicate art of grafting: Poetics of transformation”.

11:45 – 12:45 / Olaf Avenati (Esad Reims): Brain Roads: graphical representations of functional brain activity

13h45 – 14h45 / Charlotte Poupon (ENSCI les Ateliers): “A world without gravity”.

14h45 – 15h45 / Camondo student research: Artus Gatier, Luc Thepenier, Joséphine Crochon, Emma Duffossé.

16h – 17h / Paul Emilieu Marchesseau: From research to experimentation, leverage and hindrance in an interior architecture and design agency.

5 pm – 6 pm / Emile de Vischer (ENS Paris Saclay): Design of manufacturing processes – shaping and making public

 

9am / Armand Behar (CRD): Presentation of a new research group

9:30 am – 10:30 am / Fleur Hopkins-Loféron (CNRS): “Merveilleux-scientifique et rétrofuturisme: exploration de la SF française ancienne.”

10:30 – 11:30 / Fanny Lopez (ENSA Paris-Malaquais): “In the great park of machines”.

17h15 – 18h15 / Aurélien Fouillet (CRD): “A world where there are several worlds?”
