Interior architect, object designer and visual artist James Tinel presents Das Ich, from April 26th to 30th.
At times designer for Hermès, Ligne Roset… associate interior architect at Agence Achille (along with Emmanuel Benet), some of his most prestigious realisations are a glazed extension on the rooftop of the Opéra de Paris in 2002, the interior of restaurant Tsé Yang in 2007, a revamping of the Coffee Shop Parisien in 2015, a project for a hotel in N.Y.C and half a dozen other residential projects. Also inventor and fond of experimentation, he designed iStereoscope, thus enabling to view films in 3D on two simultaneous iPhones. Also an alumni of the Ecole Camondo (class of 1999), he has been sharing the remaining of his time teaching between here at Camondo with us, since 2000, and at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de la Nature et du Paysage, in Blois.
